What? You think the people who are so fucked-up on illegal drugs will be any better being fucked-up on legal drugs? Yeah, civil society will be just so much better when all those people can wrap themselves in the “Well, it’s legal” argument.
The War On Drugs has been bullshit because it’s been fought like bullshit. In nations where there is true zero tolerance and the ruling classes aren’t corrupt and in on the profits, you don’t see teens idolizing drug thugs.
