In the meantime, a bit of a story for you.

Several years ago I was at a friend’s workplace. They’d just gotten in a new color copier, replacing the one they had. My friend made a point of explaining it had “special features” to prevent the counterfeiting of paper money. He demonstrated this by placing a $20 bill on the faceplate, lowering the lid, and hitting Copy.

Out on paper came a black rectangle.

He was so pleased.

I lifted the lid. Noticed it had a silver backing.

I took a piece of white paper, placed it over his $20 bill, closed the lid, hit Copy.

Out came a nice repro of a $20 bill.

Now I want all of you to consider that.
